Denise is Comera Group’s in-house HR Officer and also provides HR consultancy services to our clients. Denise has extensive experience in HR and recruitment, is CIPD Level 5 Qualified and is a registered Associate with the CIPD.

Denise is able to advise on topics including employment legislation, HR best practice, employee reward and recognition, learning and development, collecting and improving turnover and absence statistics, culture diagnostics and HR strategy. Her strong communication skills and intuitive understanding of what makes a business ‘tick’ help her to excel in this role.
